Tengiz Shamov is an artist of the new wave. Through familiar images he raises critical questions without fear of the reaction of his contemporaries. The artist was born in 1978 in Krasnodar, graduated from the Krasnodar Art School. 

He isolates objects from popular culture and the surrounding everyday reality and places them in an environment uncharacteristic for them, exacerbating the effect of the picture on the viewer by competent work with color and composition. Possessing exceptional artistic skills and a penchant for reflection, Tengiz Shamov creates colorful psychological puzzles that will not leave indifferent various viewers.
